The brief was to celebrate the success of their AI Search Partner program — a milestone that needed to feel credible, warm, and human rather than purely corporate. The deliverable: four videos combining real testimonial footage with animated infographics and motion typography.
The core challenge was tonal — Elastic operates at enterprise scale, but the AI Search Partner program is about relationships and shared success, not just technology. The solution was to anchor each video in real human voices through the testimonial footage, then use animation to carry the data story: infographics that contextualise the program's impact, and motion typography that gives the key messages weight and rhythm. The live action and animation had to feel like one cohesive language, not two separate tracks cut together.
